1.  General Use of the Site

By using the Site and making a reservation, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and agree to follow them. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

2. Services

Pathera Escapes offers customized tours, accommodations, transportation, and activities. Each Service offered is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings if necessary, including but not limited to situations involving errors, fraud, or incorrect information.

3. Booking and Payment

To confirm a reservation, a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid at least 22 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Failure to comply with payment deadlines may result in the cancellation of your booking at the discretion of Pathera Escapes.

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 21 days or more prior to arrival: A cancellation fee of 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
• 14 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation charge will apply.
• If you cancel or modify your reservation outside of the above terms, the applicable cancellation fees will be based on the specific service or accommodation booked.

5. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show or failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date, the reservation will be treated as canceled, and a penalty fee will apply as outlined in the cancellation policy.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

Pathera Escapes is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Site, Services, or accommodations, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or opportunities.

While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information presented, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of any details on the Site, nor do we accept responsibility for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies.

7. Health, Safety, and Conduct

You agree to abide by all local laws, rules, and regulations during your travels with Pathera Escapes. You must also adhere to any guidelines or safety instructions given by Pathera Escapes staff or third-party service providers. Pathera Escapes reserves the right to refuse service or remove any Customer who behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or illegal manner.

8. Force Majeure

Pathera Escapes will not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, war, strikes, or public health crises (e.g., pandemics). In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with alternate arrangements, but no compensation will be offered for any inconvenience or loss incurred.
